Week 2 Goals

Over the last week I have been working on the goals of:

a) eating off a small plate

b) exercising 3 times a week.

Food Courts

Imagine entering a food court with hungry children?  Now what do you choose?

I bet you would think that there is no way that you could go to two different places to get a meal?  Am I right?
