Part of my daily therapy which I try to get to inorder to keep me feeling “well” I read a lot of books on mindfulness and buddhism. Its to the point where my mum wonders if I read anyother books or if Im becoming a buddhist.

Today I have had a very busy day doing a training course called ASIST which is run by Lifeline. ASIST stands for Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training. It is very confronting in regards to your beliefs and attitudes towards suicide but my goodness it is so worth the training.
