I see so many people walking around the area and sometimes I think to myself……………………….what do other people think about?
Some listen to music………………………
But others just walk by themselves………………………………………
But what do they think about…………………………………………..
I have a great time thinking about the day but generally its on a negative theme. I pin point everything that went wrong, everything that I am avoiding, all the things that haven’t been done blah blah blah.
Have you ever tried to meditate whilst walking? Meditation is not just sitting cross legged and humming. You can actually meditate whilst walking (mind you make sure you keep your eyes open hahaha). When meditating whilst walking I take the time to chant I want to be happy and healthy and usually by the end of the walk I feel uplifted.
