This is not a new years resolution as I have reviewed my current goals and either have extended or added some new ones.
- I will eat healthy more and reduce the eating of unhealthy food
- I will do 30,000 steps a day
- I will loose 20cm off my waist by 31st December 2012
- I will put my healthy and well being on top of my priority listing
- I will monitor when I turn to unhealthy eating to break those patterns
- I will complete the written part of my life coaching course by 31st Dec 2012
- I will have one treat day per week
- I will be kind to myself
- I will listen to my self talk and stop the negative thoughts
- I will meditate every day for even 5 minutes
- I will enjoy the new changes that I am making
- I will stop using food as a form of self harm
- I will stop finding different ways to keep hating myself
- I will learn to feel confident in myself
- I will look within myself for acceptance
- I really want to achieve my goals because I deserve it
- I will learn ro move through my emotions rather than find turning to food to make me “feel” better
- This is for me
- I will find people to help me achieve my goals
- I will chant to myself that the only person stopping me is me.
